Of the Doctrine of Baptisms: Be Filled NOW!! (Part 3 of 3)
Beloved,
I love to hear people speaking in tongues, I love to hear myself speak those
strange words, those mysteries I speak to God as His Spirit gives me the
utterance (Acts 2:4). I love it when people get filled with the Holy Ghost and
the gift of tongues begins to manifest immediately. Speaking in tongues is
every bit as supernatural as raising the dead. Period!!! Hahahaha!!
A
doubt may arise in your mind that maybe people fake it. That I say is
impossible. Go ahead!! Try faking it now!!
Beloved,
as a powerful man of God points out, tongues come out of your mouth in
sentences, there are punctuations, rises and falls in tone, messages, mysteries
that the Holy Spirit stirs up from the depths of our being. Deep CRIES OUT to
deep!!!
Walking in the Spirit
Beloved,
Paul says “I say, then,
Walk in the Spirit and you
shall not fulfill the lusts of the flesh” (Galatians
5:16).
There
is this amazing revelation that prophet Kobus shares about walking in the
Spirit. He points out that the direct translation for the word “walk” as used in the case of Enoch
(Genesis 5:22) and when Paul tells the Galatians to “walk in the Spirit” are the words “halak” in Hebrew and “peripateo”
in Greek. The word “halak” in the
Strong’s dictionary is interpreted as “to
be conversant with” and the word “peripateo”
also means “to be occupied with”. Hallelujah!!
What a revelation!!
There
is only ONE thing that can ensure the possibility of perpetually being able to “walk…be conversant with…in continual communion”
with God; The answer is (you guessed it) TONGUES!!
Beloved
Paul says, “The one
speaking in a tongue builds himself up…” (1 Corinthians 14:4a), “I thank God that I speak in strange tongues
much more than any of you” (1 Corinthians 14:18), “So then, my friends, set your heart on proclaiming God's message, but
do not forbid the speaking in strange tongues” (1 Corinthians 14:39).
Beloved, the Secret of the
Apostle Paul becoming the man we all know him to be is right there in 1
Corinthians 14:18. Prophets and Pastors who move in the powerful gifts of the Holy
Spirit all concur with this. Pastor Joseph Prince declares that “tongues are
the gateway to unleashing the power of God in our lives” and “speaking in
tongues ushers in all the other gifts of the Spirit into a believer’s life”. No
wonder Jesus took care to mention it in His commission in the book of Mark
(Mark 16:17-18).
The more a believer speaks in
tongues, he/she edifies himself. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 14:2 “For he who speaks in a tongue does not
speak to men but to God. For no one hears, but in spirit he speaks mysteries”,
beloved, these mysteries are explained in Romans 8:26-27, where he says, “Likewise the Spirit also helps our
infirmities. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the
Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
And He searching the hearts knows what is
the mind of the Spirit, because He makes intercession for the saints according
to the will of God.” Hallelujah!!
In the book of Joshua, God
tells Joshua, the newly appointed leader of Israel “This book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall
meditate on it by day and by night…..” (Joshua 1:8a). Beloved, the word
mediate here in the Hebrew is the word “hagah”
which literally means to mutter. So when we look at this verse according to the
New Covenant, where the Law is no more in effect for those who believe in the
finished work of Christ Jesus(Matthew 5:17, Romans 8:1-2, Galatians 5:13,
Colossians 2:14), and God does not remember our sins, instead He promises to
write His Law in our hearts and minds (Hebrews 8:12, 10:16-17), the only way we
meditate by muttering is when we pray in tongues. Beloved, let us now read the
rest of Joshua 1:8, “…..so that you may
be careful to do according to all that is written in it. FOR THEN (when you
constantly meditate on His Law, that is, speak in tongues under the New
Covenant) you shall make your way
prosperous, and then you shall act wisely”. WOW!!!
Be
filled NOW!
Beloved, I firmly believe that
you will be baptized in the Holy Spirit RIGHT NOW, as you are reading this. The
biblical evidence is that you will speak in tongues. No one laid hands on the
household of Cornelius when they spoke in tongues for the first time (Acts 10).
I too was skeptical about this manner of receiving the Spirit until someone
very near and dear to me got filled with the Spirit just as it is in Acts 10.
So beloved
if you have not entered into this Spiritual realm before, will you allow me to
pray for you?
Jesus says, “For what father of you, if the son asks for bread, will he give him a stone?
Or if he asks for a fish, will
he give him a snake for a fish? Or if he shall ask for an egg, will he give him
a scorpion? If you then, being evil,
know how to give good gifts to your children, HOW MUCH MORE shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?”
(Luke 11:11-13).
As you read
this act in faith, speak! Kenneth Hagin said that he kept repeating the word “Hallelujah”
till he noticed that he was speaking in tongues. The man of God he went to
seeking the infilling of the Spirit, told him that he would have to tarry, but
brother Hagin received the infilling eight minutes after he asked for it.
So beloved,
the Spirit filled brother Hagin in eight minutes! People have received this instantaneously!!
I serve the Creator, for whom there is nothing impossible, I believe that you
will have this powerful experience right NOW!!
Let us pray!
Daddy
God!! I thank you for my beloved brother/sister. I see the hunger in him/her, the
hunger to receive more from You. Jesus said, “Blessed are those who HUNGER and
THIRST for righteousness, for the SHALL BE FILLED”.
Jesus,
You are the Mighty One whom John prophesied would baptize with the “Holy Spirit
and with FIRE”, so I ask you now Lord to honor your WORD and as this Spirit
Word goes out of your servant let it fall on fertile ground and let the one who
receives it BE FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST!!! AMEN!!!
Hallelujah!!!
Welcome to this NEW REALM
beloved. Trust me you will never ever be the same!!! Build yourself up in the
most holy faith (Jude 1:20), stir up this “charisma” gift in you (2 Timothy 1:6),
walk in the Spirit (Galatians 5:16), get completely whacked out, high, drunk in
the Spirit (Ephesians 5:18)) as you exercise this powerful gift!! And remember “He
will NEVER leave you nor FORSAKE you” (Hebrews 13:5) because HE who PROMISED is
FAITHFUL (1 Thessalonians 5:24, Hebrews 10:23b)!! Hallleeeeeeluuuujaaaaaaaaaahhhh!!!!

Can bad things happen to good people?
Job was a good man, Job 1:1 says “….This man was blameless and upright; he feared God and shunned evil…”
it goes on to say that not only was Job good but he was also blessed
financially and “was the greatest man
among all the people of the East” (Job 1:3). So one day the sons of the
East came to present themselves before God and Satan came with them. God said
to Satan, “Have you considered my
servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a
man who fears God and shuns evil” (Job 1:8). And we know the rest of the
story how Satan tells God that Job is good just because God is good to Him and
if He would but stretch out His hand against Job, he would curse Him.
But beloved, have you considered what God says to Satan
after that? Job 1:12 says “And the LORD
said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself
put not forth thine hand.” “Behold” said the Lord, which would mean “Look”
or “See” or “take note of the fact” that all that Job has, is in YOUR (Satan’s)
power. Hmmm!!
Again in chapter 2 when the sons of the East came to present
themselves to God, Satan came. God reminded him that Job still held on to his
faith in God and when Satan told God that it was because God had not allowed
him to touch Job’s body, God said yet again
“…Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life” (Job 2:6). Interesting!!
Now remember God does not destroy nor brings any harm, it is because He chooses
to bless (Isaiah 54:15). Both of these statements made by God ended in “buts”
like Job had done something wrong and God, who is good, was trying to protect
him. So then there must have been a doorway open in the life of righteous Job
through which Satan could act and wreck havoc in his life. God told Satan to
look and see that Job was “already” in his hands.
In Job 3:25 Job says, “For
what I FEAR comes upon me, And what I DREAD befalls me.”
Beloved Job was in the hands of the Destroyer because he
feared. God clears this issue when he tells Isaiah about the inheritance of the
saints in Isaiah 54.
“In
righteousness you will be established: Tyranny will be far from you; you will
have NOTHING TO FEAR. TERROR will be FAR REMOVED; IT will NOT COME NEAR
YOU. If anyone does attack you, it will
NOT BE MY DOING; WHOEVER ATTACKS YOU WILL SURRENDER TO YOU. See, it is I who
created the blacksmith who fans the coals into flame and forges a weapon fit
for its work. And it is I who have created the destroyer to wreak havoc; NO
WEAPON FORGED AGAINST YOU WILL PREVAIL, AND YOU WILL REFUTE EVERY TONGUE THAT
ACCUSES YOU. THIS IS THE HERITAGE OF THE SERVANTS OF THE LORD, and this is
their vindication from me,” declares the LORD.” (Isaiah
54:14-17)
Hallelujah!! Woooo hoooooo!!! This is the inheritance of the
servants of the Lord. So this explains why Moses in Psalm 91(Yes Psalm 91 is
written by Moses) says, “You will not be
afraid of the terror by night, Or of the arrow that flies by day; Of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, Or
of the destruction that lays waste at noon.
A thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand,
But it shall not approach you” (Psalm 91:5-7)
So coming back to the issue at hand, do bad things happen to
good people? Let me answer it his way, BAD THINGS CANNOT HAPPEN TO THE SERVANTS
OF GOD! Isaiah 54 says so. God says so. When the servants of God meet the
destroyer who forms weapons against them, no weapon formed will prosper and
every tongue that rises up against them will be cast down. Amen!! This elite
group of king-priests do not think about terror, neither do they fear. Their
thoughts are on the things that are true, noble, right, pure, worthy of praise,
admirable, things of virtue (Philippians 4:8). These people do not walk according
to the flesh but according to the Spirit (Romans 8:1), and therefore do not
fulfil the lusts of the flesh (Galatians 5:16) bringing every thought into
captivity to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:15). So when these servants
walk into a house the peace of God comes in with them (Luke 10:5) when they
touch a sick person, the sickness must go (Mark 16:18). They are the salt of
the earth, the light of this World, a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden
(Matthew 5:14). And Romans 8:19,22 says that the whole earth is moaning and
groaning, with birth pangs waiting for the manifestation of these, the sons of
God. Hallelujah!!
Beloved I have a very good habit which I have come to recognize of late. I do not concern myself with what goes on around me.
Politics, devastation, and disease nothing worries me because I do not read the
news. Trust me I am a champion worrier when it comes to things that concern me
but that must go too. We cannot add one bit to our stature by worrying or
fearing. Terror shall not come near us. We as sons of God must not know any fear
except the fear of the Lord. When people would ask prophet Kobus van Rensburg (I
honor that mighty man of God) what he thought about certain things that were
against him, he simply replied, “I don’t think about them.” Wow!! That is what
I want to say each time a pressing issue comes to mind! Hallelujah!!
So beloved, as a son of God, pray for the nations, pray for
the peace of the New Jerusalem which is above. Intercede for those who are
being lost that they might come to see the Light and believe in Jesus and be
saved. And as a son of God pray for the sick that they will be healed, not
taken away from suffering but healed to live long and for all eternity. A
thousand will fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand but it will
not come near you. For no weapon formed against you will prosper, says the
Lord!! Hallelujah!!
